Q1: How do I know whether my paper is in the scope of your conference and can be published in the selected journals?
A1: To establish whether your paper is suitable for the conference, go to the conference website and then click on the "Call for Paper" button to display the scope of the conference. Some excellent papers with original, novelty and optimal discovery would be considered for publication in the selected journals, which iare indexed in SCI and/or EI Compendex
Q2: Could I submit an abstract for reviewing first and then the full paper for your conference?
A2: Please submit your full paper to the conference for review, an abstract is not preferred.
Q3: How do I submit my paper to your conference?
A3: All papers would be submitted to the conference via mseconf@126.com for consideration, if you have any question about the submission, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Q4: If I only want to make an oral presentation on your conference, what should I do?
A4: An abstract submission will be enough. It will be released in the conference program guide but will not be published in the conference journal/proceedings.
Q5: Should I use the template for submission?
A5: You are suggested to format your manuscript according to our standard template; the template can be downloaded from http://www.iwespr.com/. However, if you do not know how to format it, please just prepare your manuscript well in DOC and we would provide help for you.
Q6: What types of file do you accept?
A6: Papers in DOC or PDF is acceptable. If your paper is in Latex format, you can send it to us via our email address.
Q7: Is there a word or page limit for papers published in your conference?
A7: Quality is the most important criteria for the acceptance of a paper. However, for the benefit of peer-reviewers and readers, papers should be as concise as possible. The most of our papers are about 6 pages, extra publication fee is charged for the additional pages. If it is considered for publication in the journals, it should be more than 10 pages.
Q8: Is it essential to recommend guest reviewers for my paper?
A8: You should make any effort to recommend reviewers. This will improve the review process and publication efficiency of your paper. However, if you don’t have any candidate, we will help you find professional reviewers.
Q9: Can I publish a review or survey paper with your conference?
A9: Yes, there are no restrictions on the type of paper that may be published with our conference.
Q10: When can I know the reviewing result of my paper/abstract?
A10: Normally, the review results will be out within 10 days after the submission. We will release the review results via email.
